English Snowboarder Takes Bronze

George Scott, aged 16 from Kent but now based in Los Angeles, took the Bronze in Junior Men's Half Pipe Finals at the USASA National Championships at Copper Mountain, Colorado.

George's run certainly wowed, including the only mctwist in the competition, showing his fellow competitors how it should be done.

His podium run was Straight air, Straight Air, Front 5, McTwist, Front 5, Hand Plant.

George has been training at the CVA Mountain Academy in Maine & will now be training with the Mammoth Snowboarding Team. He is currently looking for sponsorship.
