AGM and Board Forum Announcement
The board of Snowsport England announce that this year’s AGM will be held at Sport Park Loughborough,in the Autumn.
The date, later than the usual summer timing, is to follow the appropriate process required to carry out a full search and recruitment process to appoint the next Chair for SSE following the resignation of Barry Spouge earlier this year. The process has commenced and the advertisement for the role can be found on the SSE website, a closing date for applications has been set as 22nd June 2012.
In order to keep an open dialogue with members, the board is to host a forum on Saturday 19 May at Chill Factore during the GBR race weekend, following the board meeting that day. The exact time cannot be determined at this stage as it will be dependent on race timing on the day. However this will be notified on the day to ensure maximum awareness.
The forum will be chaired by CEO Tim Fawke and Interim Chair Jeremy Eaton.
