Day 4......

Weather: warm and cloudy, resulting in snow this afternoon.

Children’s Giant Slalom:

Children 1 males: in the morning we start off with a nice and turny first run.

It was an exciting start to the day with the first run times of 48.43 from Robert Poth from Slalom Plus, that gave him a great lead into the second run. Behind Robert in second place after the first run was Jake Lismore from DHO with a time of 50:61, closely followed by Ian Innes from SSC with a time of 50:70. Some close times there after a first run.

The second run continues and honours go to:

1st POTH Robert -SLP HEM 48.43 51.72 1:40.15

2nd INNES Iain -SSC 50.70 51.80 1:42.50

3rd LISMORE Jake -DHO 50.61 53.03 1:43.64

Children 2 males: the children 2 males started the morning off to a good start with a very fast first run coming from Max Baggio, 47:66 from AMB/BGR closely followed by Ashley Breeze, from TEL, with a time of 47:71, hot on his heels was Thomas Doyle, with 47:83 with very close times its all out for everyone in the second run, which brings us to:

1st BAGGIO Max -AMB HEM 47.66 48.76 1:36.42

2nd TAYLOR Laurie -BSA ASR 47.91 49.66 1:37.57

3rd RAPOSO Charlie -AMB 48.28 49.81 1:38.09

Children 1 female: with a good turn out for the girls CH 1 we start the morning with a fastest time of 47.57 from Rebecca Brown, with a gap to second of 51.02 from Megan Jenkins from BSA/NOR, just in front of Yasmin Cooper from BSO/HEM with a time of 52.48.

This then lead to final times of:

1st BROWN Rebecca 47.57 49.84 1:37.41

2nd JENKINS Megan " BSA/ NOR 51.02 52.98 1:44.00

3rd CLISSOLD "BSA 53.71 52.70 1:46.41

Children 2 female: Alice Macaulay SPR takes the lead in the first run with a time of 49.05, closely followed by Amy Young with 49.82 from AMB. With Thomasine Nilson-Wrede hot on her heels from SPR with 49.96.

1st MILLER Violet "AMB 47.88 50.67 1:38.55

2nd MACAULAY Alice -SPR SPR 49.05 50.53 1:39.58

MINI’S Giant Slalom:

With a slightly shortened course we start the afternoon with the minis Giant Slalom. The course appeared to be no challenge for these young racers, with no problems, other than the fight for first place.

2nd Helen Todd-Saunders- DHO 40.23

3rd Teagan Brown 42:16

Mini Boys:

1st Finlay Davies " IMP/SMK 38:80

FIS Giant Slalom:

Weather proved difficult as we ran into the afternoon, but fortunately the course held up well. With good numbers the races proved close and exciting times, with top honours to:
