Freestyle Aerials Course 2006

Snowsport England Freestyle Key Committee are proud to announce that we now have published dates for the Freestyle Coaches Courses, they are as follows;

1. For Moguls & Jumps - 8th - 9th July at Xscape, Castleford cost £150

2. For Aerials 1st - 2nd July at Sheffield Ski Village Water ramp, cost £100

3. For Half Pipe & Fun Park 3th - 4th June at Sheffield Ski Village cost £50, plus slope fees.

4. Skilful Skiing 17th - 18th June at Xscape Castleford, cost £150.
This course is part of the modules that you need to do for 1 & 3, if you are not an ASSI, BASI 3 or equivalent.

Dates of the water ramp sessions are now also on the above web site. The cost is either £10 per session or £7.50 per session, if you book 5 or more at once.

A Freestyle Aerials Course will be run at Sheffield Ski Village on the 1st & 2nd of July. The cost of the 2 day course will be £100.

In order to do the course you need to be able to:
1. Be able to swim fully clothed.
2. Be one of the following:

a. Able to do Level 1 Aerials award tricks, but this can be done on the day (they are Straight Jump, Spread, Twister, Daffy).
b. Grade 1 Trampoline Coach.
c. Qualified Ski or Snowboard Instructor.

In order to get the qualification you need to:
1. Have a 2 day first aid qualification.
2. Attend a Judges Course, but this can be done on a correspondance BASIs.
3. Be 18 years of age.
4. Be registered or register with Snowsport England.
