Important Message From Central Services. 6th February 2008 Due to the volume of work at Head Office can you please note that all aspects of our work is taking a lot longer than usual. Please note that renewals of membership and club affiliations are taking approximately 6-8 weeks to process, remaining work is done as quickly as possible. Therefore the staff are asking for your patience in all matters.
For anyone who is worried that their Public Liability Protection will not cover them until they receive their renewal stamp please note that as soon as it is received in the office and all parts are correct then you will be covered.

The staff would also like to draw your attention to their work patterns as follows:
Jenny Wyatt: Coaching and Membership.
Full time: Monday to Friday 9a.m. to 5p.m.
Monday and Tuesday are dedicated to Coaching matters which include calendar of courses, Club Instructor Awards, processing of course results, website, club affiliations, AGM etc.
Wednesday and Thursday are for membership issues and sending out of renewals.
Friday is for schools – Snowsport Organiser Courses and Alpine Ski Course Leader – processing of course paperwork, sending out packs for courses.
Ian Holloway – Finance Manager this incorporates HR, Squad Administration, Competition Administration and Grants and Funding.
Full time: Monday to Friday 9a.m. to 5p.m.
Julie Copestick: CRB and Registration Administration.
Part Time: Monday 9a.m to 5p.m.
Tuesday – 9a.m. to 3p.m.
Wednesday 9a.m. to 2p.m.
Julie deals with all CRB matters – processing and sending out of forms plus first time registrations.
