Job Title UKCC Lead Officer
Contract 1 year, January 2008 to January 2009. Possible extension subject to funding from Sport England
Location Home based and meetings in various parts of the country
Hours 35 per week, flexible. Possibility of reduced hours over a longer term.
Salary £26,000 - £30,000 per annum plus expenses

The National Rounders Association, the governing body for Rounders, is seeking to appoint a highly motivated UKCC Lead Officer responsible for the preparation of the NRA’s submission for UKCC endorsement of its coaching qualifications and the delivery of an effective coaching function.
Key work areas include developing the NRA’s UKCC submission to strict deadlines and development and management of the NRA’s coaching pathway and coach education programme.
You must have sound experience of coaching issues, system development and excellent IT skills. You must also possess good organisation and communication skills and be able to work independently on your own initiative.
You must also have a full driving licence and use of a car for which expenses will be paid.
