Congratulations to Anne Ford and Fern Cates who took part in the London Region Team Sprints recently. They finished 4th overall and the 1st Female team.

The format of a nordic skiing team sprint is a team of two doing alternate laps of a circuit for a total of 6 laps. In this case the circuit is 1.5km, so 9km total.
