The Alpine Committee
The Alpine Committee is responsible for the formulation of policy, strategic development, the organisation and administration of Alpine skiing and racing on snow and artificial slopes on behalf of Snowsport England.
These responsibilities include the formulation, implementation and interpretation of the regulations for the Seeding of Competitors from the results of Artificial Slope Racing Events in consultation with the other Home Nation Governing Bodies.
The committee is also responsible for communication of information on Alpine racing to registered performers and member clubs; selection of Alpine squads and teams to represent England and liaison with internal and external organisations in matters of alpine racing.
