The Board of Directors of Snowsport England is made up of a group of volunteer non-executive directors (plus the CEO), some of whom have a snowsport background and others of which has experience in other sports or organisations. The Boards role is to ensure the organisation is well governed for the members, for example ensuring suitable safeguarding processes are in place, and to help set the overall vision, mission and high level strategy for the organisation (in consultation with the other groups). The non-executive directors on the board are not involved in the day to day running of the organisation.
