The Coaching Technical Panel (CTP) are the “Guardians of Coaching” and coach education throughout the entire organisation. They work across disciplines and levels to ensure the coaching philosophy and process is in keeping with the aims of the organisation and developing better coaches to develop better participants.
The group is also responsible in appointing workforce to deliver the training as part of the national coaching scheme.
