As a member of the international snowsport community, UK Snowsports welcomes coaches, leaders and instructors holding qualifications issued by non UK Snowsports Member Awarding Bodies. Holders of such qualifications can apply to UK Snowsports for recognition of equivalency of their awards. If successful an applicant will be awarded the appropriate level of UK Snowsports qualification and licence (upon completion of licensing criteria) and will receive all usual member benefits.
Applicants wishing to apply for equivalency should complete the Equivalency Form
The form will then be reviewed and you shall be contacted to either provide further evidence of your awards and check they are current or to discuss next steps on completing the equivalency.
If you are wanting to reactivate a lapsed qualification then please fill in the form and highlight its lapsed. You may have to complete some refresher activity to complete the equivalency
