“This course is a fundamental step forward for our industry. Built as a true collaboration between The North Face, athletes and explorers, inclusion experts and our Opening Up The Outdoors partners. It is designed to educate, support and empower those who are in the best position possible to play an active role in realising the goal of creating a truly equitable outdoors and a sense of belonging for all.”

The course will take just one hour to complete; you will receive a certificate of completion which can be uploaded to your Snowsport England Sport 80 profile!

“It has been fantastic to be one of the phase 1 partner organisations working with Can You Think Beyond and has been incredible to see the design of the course and the support from The North Face. To have snowsport included in the content is exciting and makes it very relevant for our members, it is engaging, thought provoking and enjoyable.

I would encourage anyone in the sector to complete it. Snowsport England will be utilising the content to help deliver on our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan which is being launched in early 2024. Allyship is one of the key areas we look to develop to build inclusion into our leadership strategy, so this content is perfect!”
