GETTING INVOLVED
IS AS EASY AS…
To get involved in the wonderful world of snowsports you don’t always have to slide and glide. You can get as much enjoyment from the sport helping others to get involved. Volunteers have always played a vital part in the sport and physical activity sector. Without them, most activity simply wouldn’t happen. Volunteers who give their time for sport and physical activity to happen enjoy many of the benefits associated with actually taking part. When someone provides their time, energy and expertise as a volunteer there’s a double benefit – for those doing the activity and for themselves.
Below are some of the opportunities that you can join in.

Coaching & Instructing
Becoming a snowsports coach or instructor is extremely fulfilling; whether it’s passing on your knowledge of snowsports to beginners or helping those who want to progress, we deliver high quality education and development for coaching, instructing and volunteering in snowsports at all levels and across all disciplines.

Volunteers & Officials

As a volunteer you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in the dry slope ski races across the UK as well as playing a part in the English Alpine Championships, taking place every year in Bormio.
