Snowsport England is pleased to share an updated publication entitled “OPERATING IN THE EU & EFTA POST-BREXIT, WHAT DO WE OFFICIALLY KNOW? “ that has been jointly researched and produced by the Home Nation Governing Bodies, GB Snowsports and BASI.
The document is intended to provide up to date information, received from official sources, on the legality of working as a UK citizen coach, leader or instructor, in the four main alpine nations, France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland.
The Snowsports Governing Bodies and Professional Associations of the United kingdom have worked together to capture what is officially and collectively known about what British citizens can & cannot do in four major alpine nations.
These are France, Italy, Austria and Switzerland. The document below is accurate as of 2nd february 2023; however it should not be interpreted as legal advice. The situation is constantly changing and British citizens are strongly urged to check the latest information.
