Snowsport England are pleased to announce the appointment of two new directors to sit on the board of our Governing Body.

Emma Wright and Andrew Howell will be joining the board from December 2022 and bring with them a wealth of experience and passion to help drive Snowsport England forward in the strategic delivery of our objectives.

emma wright

Emma has over 20 years’ experience as a commercial and intellectual property lawyer.  She has worked in industry in the global medical devices and pharmaceuticals industries.  Emma has a passion for snowsport and has skied for over 35 years, having also worked in the French and Austrian Alps.

andrew howell

Andrew is a solicitor who has worked for National and International sporting bodies, holding senior positions in the areas of integrity and regulation. He has focussed increasingly on participant safety and welfare in sport, with an emphasis on managing risks associated with safeguarding. He also sits on various national sport disciplinary panels. Andy is a keen skier, avid spectator, and firm believer in access to snowsport for all.
