Snowsport England is thrilled to learn of the appointment of Nick Fellows as the Director of FIS TV, the newly launched streaming platform by the International Ski Federation (FIS).
Nick comes from the heart of Snowsport England as an athlete, a member of the England Alpine Squad then racing for Great Britain. On his retirement he transitioned to television, becoming a renowned reporter and commentator. His extensive experience has made him one of the most recognizable voices in Alpine Skiing, and Snowsport England is delighted to see such a distinguished addition.
Bringing with him over 30 years of expertise across sports, lifestyle, and entertainment genres, including coverage of 17 Summer & Winter Olympic Games and all FIS World Alpine World Championships since 1989, Fellows is set to play a pivotal role in developing new content strategies and collaborating with the FIS digital team. Expressing his enthusiasm for the role, Fellows stated, “It is an honour and a fantastic challenge to join the FIS Media & Marketing Team as Director of FIS TV, and there are some very exciting plans in the works for winter sport fans across the globe.” Fellows’ contributions to a diverse range of sporting events and entertainment shows highlight his versatility, making him a valuable asset to the FIS team.
