My role within Snowsport England is to ensure organisational effectiveness by providing leadership for the organisation’s financial, HR and IT functions. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly and responsible for ensuring that effective methods are put into place so that the company runs to its maximum productivity.
