Tom joined Snowsport England in March 2023 after spending three years working with Modern Pentathlon within their pathway team. He has a MSc in Sport & Exercise Science and has held a variety of roles within Olympic and professional sport at all levels from participation through to professional full time athletes. As Talent Lead he will be overseeing the Snowsport England DiSE program, Futures and other Talent Projects
