Our development pathway develops a career within recreational snowboarding using the Instructor Development (UKSS) courses. These operate within clubs and ski centres and work with complete beginners through to expert and beyond.
Each level in the pathway requires candidates to complete a training course, workplace training and a final examination – therefore allowing you to develop as a coach or instructor at your own pace.
Level 1 – Work with novice participants on artificial slopes
Level 2 – Work with advanced participants on artificial slopes and introduce flatland freestyle elements.
